The RPA has created a program in conjunction with STRYDE to ensure that its members experience a successful transition from their athletic career to a professional one.  Through an educational curriculum offered by Carl Eller and the RPA through the University of Minnesota, the participating athlete will learn and develop critical skills, necessary to enhance their long term “second life” success.  As part of this course, skill set and personality tests will be completed that will help determine the best fields and or relationships for the athlete to pursue with and through the alignment program with STRYDE.
